The Optimal Body Program, created and supervised Dr. Amy Wiesner, was designed for those who could use more guidance, more intensive health coaching and ongoing weekly support to start and maintain healthy habits in your life while improving your physical and emotional health.
This is a doctor supervised program to optimize health, well-being, body composition, weight and healthy eating habits in an accessible, sustainable, structured and doable way. It includes therapies from Dr. Jeffrey Bland, Founder of the Institute for Functional Medicine and former Director of the Linus Pauling Research Institute) to assist in the clearing of toxins and inflammation and Dr Valter Longo, Director of the Longevity Institute at University of Southern California in Los Angeles and Director of the Program on Longevity and Cancer at IFOM in Milan, for longevity, optimized metabolism and healthy, long-term weight loss;
We also address lifestyle habits and include the energetic therapies Acupuncture to help balance energy, transfer information within and between cells to promote optimal metabolism, healing, hormonal and immune system balance.
